Tuto provide an end to end defined benefit pension transfer service for IFA’s and professional firms, who are seeking Pension Transfer Specialist (TPS) services for their clients prior to them continuing to provide ongoing investment advice post transfer.
Tuto’s main goal is to support the client requirements and needs and part of this includes an initial triage ensuring clients have the opportunity to have an initial review of their case.They support both regulated and non-regulated firm requirements. For regulated advisers they offer a Bureau service whereby a qualified pension transfer specialists will carry out the initial evaluation and if the transfer goes ahead then pass the client back for ongoing fully regulated investment advice from their original financial adviser.
Or if a non-regulated firm Tuto support by enabling clients to be passed directly to their private clients division.
Both options seek to ensure the clients circumstance are assessed accordingly and suitable options are proposed as necessary.

Tuto’s basic criteria is:
- No upper age limit (as long as the customer isn’t accessing their pension)
- Minimum amount = £30,000 (can be multiple pensions added together)
- Pension must be UK based
- Can review any frozen personal or former workplace pensions (except central government)
- Can review any personal pensions (providing only the client is contributing)
- If the client wishes to release money from their pension(s) they must be at least 55
