How to become a member

By now you should be aware of the real benefits of becoming a member of Beneficial Trust & Will Company, (BTWC LTD) and of how straight forward our products and services really are.

You may now be thinking how many of your clients need to obtain a current valid will, and how many of them do really have adequate family protection such as life cover, mortgage protection, investment planning, or IHT planning? Or how many of your clients and their family's can benefit from a Financial Review to include a Will and appropriate estate planning?

By talking to your clients about their wills, you can open the door for many other Financial Services products; this will help to establish your client's other needs. Then help you and them to correctly distribute their current assets to their loved ones as and when needed, and has they would want.

All you need to do is complete our online application form and send it back to us for registration (for our Professional Indemnity Cover). We cover all written wills up to £1 million each 'at no cost to you' and provide you with the opportunity through our business systems an additional source of income.

BTWC LTD is a full member of the Society of Will Writers (one of the professions regulatory bodies) so when joining BTWC LTD, you will also have the opportunity to become an affiliate member of The Society of Will Writers should you wish. There is a small annual fee to pay which will allow you to use the designatory letters Aff SWW and receive regular newsletters. You will, of course be under BTWC's membership at all times for anything you may need now or in the future.

Once we have received your application, and it has been processed, you will be able to access our Membership section on this site, which is password protected. You will also be able to download additional information that you may need. For example, you will have access to our 'Help line' during normal office hours and a mobile 'Help line' 'outside' normal office hours, up to 7p.m. weekdays. You can download our fully completed 'example' mirror Will Instruction form showing you how easy it is to fill in. A 'sample finished Will' that you can print off to show your customers what the finished article looks like, so that they can see what they can expect to receive.

A sales presentation and sales aids are also available, these provide you with an aid memoire and a very useful sales tool to show your customers exactly what's involved and what they need to do to preserve their family's assets.
